The brand worked with 40 dropship suppliers, each with a different feed format and process. Routing an order could take up to six hours of manual work, and errors were costing sales and goodwill.
Our approach
We built a normalisation layer that translates every supplier feed into a common format, then routes each order to the right supplier automatically based on stock, price and delivery promise.
The results
Order routing dropped from six hours to two minutes, first-attempt accuracy reached 98.5%, and onboarding a new supplier became a same-day task rather than a multi-week project.
